Insomniac Music Group, one of the biggest players in the electronic music industry, has partnered with Slip.stream, a royalty-free music startup, to offer its catalog to over 200,000 creators on the latter company’s platform. 

This partnership will enable creators to access claim-free music from Insomniac’s impressive catalog, including songs from over 120 artists, which will be made available to Pro and Commercial subscribers on  Slip.stream. The collaboration is paving the way for a future that aligns with the company’s core vision of empowering creators through technology.

Insomniac’s music distribution, publishing, label management, sponsorship, and festival/club integration services have made it one of the most successful music groups in the industry. It owns labels such as Insomniac Records, HARD Recs, Bassrush, Factory 93, and artist-driven imprints like NGHTMRE and SLANDER’s Gud Vibrations, Wax Motif’s Divided Souls, and Jericho’s NIGHTMODE. Insomniac’s partnership with Slip.stream will allow creators on the platform to access a diverse range of music from some of the biggest labels in the electronic music space.

Slip.stream is a “creator safe music platform” that provides over 65,000 tracks, 60,000 sound effects, and over 200,000 creators on its platform. The startup is backed by Sony Music Entertainment, Third Prime, and Lightshed Ventures. The largest Royalty-free music library has made it its mission to bridge the world of user-generated content with labels, publishers, and artists. By making Insomniac’s music catalog available for creators to safely use in their content, it is taking a massive step forward in its mission.
